Important information on Weddings

Due to the band being in heavy demand for weddings, and a phenomenal amount of wedding inquiries resulting in provisional bookings, the band has decided that from Oct 1st 2008 a provisional booking will be held for 14 days from date of inquiry, a deposit must be paid to secure booking. The reason behind this decision is simple. The band has been holding bookings provisional ly for wedding parties and in most cases these  provisional bookings have been later confirmed, but in a small minority of cases some of the bookings where cancelled, resulting in other inquiries for the same date that we where holding a booking for being lost, and in particular another wedding party be disappointed that we couldn`t play there wedding, when in actual fact we could have.  The band is currently taking around 40 to 50 inquires a month and with a lot of those inquiries comes the problem that maybe two or more parties are looking for the band on the same date. From 1st October onward we will hold a booking for 14 days, then a deposit must be paid. In the case of two inquires for the same date coming in the first party will have preference to the date, but must secure it with a deposit immediately. We think this is the only fair way to deal with it.

Q. Can you supply music at the church
 Yes, people have different idea,s about music in the church.We have supplied guitarist,s, piano players, and pipers and once in Americia a clown. We will be happy to work with you .

Q. Can you supply a disco.
Yes the band can supply a disco which usually performs for two hours. 

Q. Can you play for the older generation
Yes, as mentioned we play a wide variety of music to suite young and old, from waltz,s, country, pop, rock, celtic etc. Our programme consists of over 200  see details below.

Q. How do i book the band.
Simple. Usually weddings are booked in advance. Either telephone or E mail us with Date, time and location of wedding, and your requirements for entertainment on the day.We will be happy to quote you an all in package.

Q. How long does band play for.
The band usually play for two hours followed by a dj playing two hours, but we are flexible  and will be happy to work to your requirements

Q. Do i need a deposit
 YES Due to weddings being booked well in advance the band need to block of your date.Once we have confirmed your entertainment requirements for the day we require a 20% deposit to secure.
